Hotel Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar initiates Food Safety Training for their Food handlers.

The Food and Beverage Team at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort successfully completed the food safety training. This initiative was delivered by Khimji Training Institute (KTI) and will enhance the culture to maintain and meet high standards of food safety in the hotel.

This one day course is designed to be the classroom component of food safety training with clear action plan to improvise the existing high standards. "The course is the capstone of training for entire Food and Beverage Team and is the key to preparing them for their critical role in protecting the food supply,"said Sakonkiat Chiamchit, Training Manager, Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar.
