Celebrating its successful development of youth as future leaders following a rigorous international learning journey, Khimji Ramdas (KR) held a ceremony to honour 42 graduates of its Management Trainee Programme for Omani nationals at the Hormuz Grand Hotel in Muscat. Following an event held under the auspices of His Excellency Abdullah bin Nasser Al Bakri, Minister of Manpower, KR’s 14th batch of trainees were formally inducted as the latest recruits of the KR Group, having been selected for participation from an application pool of over 1,300 graduates.

In a highly empowering speech at the ceremony, Pankaj Khimji, Director, Khimji Ramdas, said “On behalf of the KR Family I extend our heartiest congratulations to our new recruits for their dedication and success in our Management Trainee Programme. Today, we have the privilege of investing in local talent and celebrating their success as we work towards the realization of a competitive national workforce in Oman with this latest batch of qualified professionals joining our ranks as future leaders of the KR Group”.
Pankaj Khimji encouraged KR’s new employees to be multi-faceted in their approach to work and emphasized how learning and attitude comprise two of the most important assets that would shape their future careers.
